Product Returns

At the decorating store(TDS) we understand that there is, on occasions, the need to return an item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If the goods you have ordered arrive either faulty, damaged, duplicated or lost in transit then you must notify us within five working days of receiving the item(s) there will be no charge for their collection and replacement within 14 days..

If the goods ordered have an incorrect address supplied are a Duplicated Order (Retailer Error) or nobody is in to receive goods after two attempts at delivery, are no longer required or ordered incorrectly a collection fee of £17.00 will be charged per consignment.

Re-attempted delivery will be charged on the 3rd and every subsequent delivery (if considered justifiable) and will be charged at 50% of the original consignment price.

Wasted Journey will be charged per consignment at £10.00.

Returns & Refunds : Items not required

At TDS we aim to provide you with as much information as possible about each of our products so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 28 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

All you need to do is to return the item to the address above with a brief note detailing:

  • Order number for your item
  • Your contact details (phone number and email address)
  • Your reason for return

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
